Server Terms of Service & Community Guidelines

Welcome to EarthSMP! By playing on our server, you agree to abide by the following rules. Failure to do so may result in mutes, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the community.

1. Gameplay & World Rules

The Wilderness & Warfare: The server hosts an open-ended survival gamemode on a real-world map with PvP enabled. This enables a dynamic, harsh world where players can form nations, wage wars, and battle for territory. You are free to fight and conquer if you choose.
Exploits and Server Stability: Do not attempt to undermine the server's efforts to provide an equal and fair playing environment. Abusing exploits, bugs, or flawed game mechanics—especially those used to duplicate items, bypass town/nation protections, or cause intentional server disruption and lag—is strictly prohibited.
EULA Compliance: You must follow the Mojang and Microsoft End User License Agreements (EULA) that you agreed to when creating your Minecraft account.

2. Chat & Community Guidelines

While geopolitical rivalry, trash-talk, and in-game warfare are part of the EarthSMP experience, real-world toxicity is not. Keep the drama strictly in-game.

No Spam or Advertising: Do not flood the chat with repeated messages. Promoting third-party shops, external services, or unrelated servers is strictly prohibited.
No Chat Automation: Do not use mods or macros to automate messages into the public chat.
Harassment & Bullying: Do not engage in or participate in any personal, real-life harassment, doxxing, threats, or bullying. This applies to both in-game chat and our external community spaces (like Discord). Remember: it's a game about blocks and borders. Keep it friendly out-of-character.

3. Enforcement & Penalties

Staff reserves the right to enforce these rules to maintain a healthy community and stable server performance:

Chat Violations: May result in your chat privileges being temporarily or permanently disabled (muted).
Exploits & Bug Abuse: If you are found abusing a bug or exploit, your ability to connect to the server will be temporarily or permanently prevented while we patch the issue and roll back any unfair advantages.

Staff Terms and Conditions | Fisticat Studio

1. Nature of Engagement (Voluntary Status)

All staff positions at Fisticat Studio are currently voluntary.

• Non-Paid Position: By accepting a role, the employee acknowledges that this is a non-remunerated (unpaid) position.

• No Financial Obligation: Fisticat Studio is under no obligation to provide financial compensation, wages, or benefits for hours worked or services rendered at this stage of development.

2. Competitive Restrictions

To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our community, all employees are strictly prohibited from participating in any ranked competitions, tournaments, or seasonal leaderboards hosted by Fisticat Studio. Staff members may assist in the organization of these events but cannot compete for prizes or ranking positions.

3. Rank Designation and Identity

Employees shall only hold the specific rank assigned to their professional role.

• Single Rank Policy: A staff member's rank must strictly reflect their position (e.g., a Moderator must hold the "Mod" rank).

• No Overlapping Ranks: Employees are not permitted to hold player ranks, VIP ranks, or any title other than their designated staff rank while active in the studio.

4. Administrative Privileges and Command Access

Fisticat Studio maintains a strict hierarchy regarding server permissions to prevent abuse of power.

• GameMode Access: Access to GameMode Creative (/gm c), Spectator Mode, or any other privileged gamemodes is strictly denied to all staff members.

• Operator Status: No staff member, regardless of seniority, shall be granted Operator status (/op).

• Owner Exclusive: The aforementioned privileges (Creative Mode and Operator status) are reserved exclusively for the Studio Owner for the purposes of development and high-level administration.

5. Violations and Compliance

Failure to adhere to these restrictions—including attempting to bypass command blocks, entering competitions under an alias, or demanding unauthorized compensation—will result in immediate disciplinary action, which may include revocation of staff status and permanent removal from the team.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from the online store located at www.crystalfbft.org/online-store ("Store"), operated by Fisticat Studio. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Acceptance

Contract: A contract for the sale of goods is formed only when we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted and processed.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

2. Pricing and Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment Methods: Payment must be received in full before the order is dispatched.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within one month (30 days) of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact fisticat.studio@crystalfbft.org.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to one month for the funds to appear back in your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fisticat Studio and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fisticat Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s).

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
